"I have never used kennels before always relying on my sister. Now she has 2 dogs herself that's no longer possible. So on booking our annual holiday I needed to find the right place for my epileptic Field Spaniel to stay for the week. I found Newgate on the internet after researching kennels for several weeks. I made contact and received lots of information and re-assurances that Loki could be cared for by experienced staff. I took the plunge and booked him in. Loki takes numerous tablets over the course of each day from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. The staff at Newgate took notes about all these medications and devised a system to ensure they were all administered at the right time. Loki was absolutely fine at the kennels and I can't thank all the staff who helped care for him enough."
