• Our daily charge runs from 2.00 pm. A full days board will be charged for the first day and for the day of collection if your pet(s) is collected after 2.00 pm. during a week day.
  
  
• Day Creche- this will be charged at the 4-6 day rate.
  
  
• There is a reduction for animals (from the same family) sharing a large family kennel.
  
  
• All public holidays will incur a supplement of 1 days board (at the 1-3 day rate) per animal boarding.
  
  
• No reductions can be made for animals brought in after or collected before the board dates.
  
  
• Existing clients can pay on collection of the pets, we accept cash, cheques credit and debit cards.

Boarding cancellation charges

• Less than 7 days notice - 1 days board
  
  
• Less than 24 hours (or no notification) - 50% of board (a minimum charge of 1 day)
  
  
• The kennels are open throughout the year, however whilst fully staffed for animal care, the reception will be closed on Christmas day and New Year’s Day.
  
  
• Please remember that in the interest and well-being of dogs, none will be accepted after 2:00pm
  
  
• You must ensure your animal arrives with us in a safe manner, e.g. dogs on a lead and cats a carrier.
