Boarding Bookings

We are very busy for the remainder of this month with some mid-week availability remaining.

Our next busy period will be October half-term (last 2 weeks in October) and then the Christmas & New year period. There is only limited availability remaining so please check your plans and be quick to make your bookings as we anticipate we will no longer have availability by the end of this week.

2025 Bookings

Don’t forget that you can book ahead as far as you’d like, we have had a lot of bookings for next year. If you have plans booked for next year then we encourage you to get your pets booked in whilst we have full availability for the year. To help maintain availability for our existing clients, we have stopped registering new clients (with dogs) for 2025.

General Reminders

Pets boarding the night of a bank holiday are charged an additional days board. The charge still applies for pets that are collected before the departure date booked.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations: For Bookings of between 1 – 14 Days (including day boards)

Notice required: We ask for 7 days’ notice prior to the start of the board.

Charges: Less than 7 days’ notice prior to the start of the board will incur a charge of 1 day’s board. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no notification prior to the start of the board will incur a charge of 25% of the board (minimum charge of 1 day).

Cancellations: For Bookings of more than 14 Days

Notice required: We ask for the same period to cancel or shorten e.g. for a booking of 21 days, we require 21 days’ notice prior to the start of the board.

Charges: A period of notice given less than the period booked, will incur a charge of 25% of the board.

If a late booking is due to start within 7 days period, the cancellation rights end on the day of arrival
