We are getting very busy for certain periods throughout the year, especially school holidays. Click HERE to view our website availability page which is updated on a weekly basis.

For periods when we are full, we do keep a waiting list should we receive any cancellations.

Medication/Supplements

We’d like to remind all our clients that whilst we can continue to give medication and supplements to your pets during their board, these must be provided in their original containers/packaging. To comply with our licence conditions, we must be able to see what we are administering to the pets in our care. This includes all supplements too.

This policy means that no medication or supplements can be pre-mixed into any food/treats provided by the client. This poses a risk as the medication/supplements can react with the food and cause your pet to become unwell.

All medications/supplements are recorded onto our medication records at check-in and then safely administered by our team of senior staff, at the correct times, throughout your pets stay. Any left over medication is returned to you at the end of the board.
