Important Boarding Update From 2 nd January 2023 Cats and Small Animals will need to be with us before 2pm. This has always been an existing rule for clients with dogs. We have made this decision in the interest of Animal Welfare, with pets arriving before 2pm it will give more time for our team to help the pets settle into their new surroundings on the first day of their board, even if it isn’t the pets first time boarding with us. Cancellation Charges Our cancellation/ reduction of board policy is as follows: For Bookings of between 1 – 14 Days (including day boards) Notice required: We ask for 7 days’ notice prior to the start of the board. Charges: Less than 7 days’ notice prior to the start of the board will incur a charge of 1 day’s board.
