Cancellation Charges

Our cancellation/ reduction of board policy is as follows:

For Bookings of between 1 – 14 Days (including day boards)

Notice required: We ask for 7 days’ notice prior to the start of the board.

Charges: Less than 7 days’ notice prior to the start of the board will incur a charge of 1 day’s board. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no notification prior to the start of the board will incur a charge of 25% of the board (minimum charge of 1 day).

For Bookings of more than 14 Days

 Notice required: We ask for the same period to cancel or shorten e.g. for a booking of 21 days, we require 21 days’ notice prior to the start of the board.

Charges: A period of notice given less than the period booked, will incur a charge of 25% of the board.

If a late booking is due to start within 7 days period, the cancellation rights end on the day of arrival.
