Boarding Bookings
Dates over the Christmas period are very busy however we do have some last-minute availability over New Year’s Eve. Check our website for the latest availability.
We currently have availability for the whole of 2026 for boarding bookings. To make a booking call the office on 01625 525409 or email info@newgatekennels.co.uk
A reminder that from 1st January 2026 our boarding prices will be increasing.

Peak Periods in 2026 will be:
February Half Term (last 2 weeks in Feb)
Easter (Last week of March, first 2 weeks in April)
May Bank Holidays (first week and last week of May)
Summer (June to September)
October Half Term (last 2 weeks in Oct)

Animal First Aid
Last month we were delighted to welcome Rachel Bean, a qualified Vet Nurse, who delivered the first of 2 in-house training sessions in animal first aid, the second session is scheduled to take place in January. All the staff really enjoyed the 1-day course. Having qualified staff is vital in ensuring your pets receive the highest level of care when boarding and these training sessions are a vital component of our ongoing training programme.
Christmas/New Year Opening Hours
Please note that our reception and shop will be closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day (staff are still onsite to care for the pets boarding).
Otherwise, we are open as normal…
Check-in for all pets – 8am – 2pm
Check-out for all pets – 8am – 6pm
(NB. A partial day charge applies for pets collected between 2pm-6pm)
Our onsite shop is open 8am – 6pm, 7 days a week

We were really excited to launch our brand-new website at the start of the month. Check it out HERE. There is a ‘behind the scenes’ video and more content and blogs to come. Our online shop has had a revamp to make ordering our high-quality selection of food even easier!
