With all the present uncertainty there are no cancellation fee’s, we are just asking that you let us know of any last-minute changes or cancellations. 

Face coverings are not mandatory in reception when you drop-off or pick-up pets for boarding & grooming, however we ask for them to be worn in the main shop.
